Passport countersign

I don't know who to ask to get my first adult passport countersigned because my GP won't do it and nether does the pharmacist I've gone through the list on the government website and I don't know anyone with them sort of jobs I have a family friend who I've known 4 years who is willing to actually sign but he's a window cleaner

Do you have a social worker?
Anyway, the list is examples. Just find someone who is a manager or a trustee of a charity.0 -
you can normally get a solicitor to do it - but they may charge - I did that years ago when living away - cost me £100
