This what I have. I don't have any claim forms. Do I have to use their portal to enter the letter?
Where can I get a simple email address fro BW legal?

You can use the Portal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Do not touch or even consider filling any of the forms that sent to you with the LoC. Please confirm to us you haven't filled in any of those forms.1

I didn't get any "forms with the LOC" . Just two pages in the letter. Please tell me how to send the template to BW legal.
Do I email it, and if so what is their email address?
or other?

Is this the portal I should use?
https://portal.bwlegal.co.uk/Account/
I put it into search but no hits
It looks like I have to register using my case details. Doesn't this mean that I'm admitting to what they have written to me about or can I use an alias name?

Surely there were a load of forms with the N1SDT form. You do not fill in any of those forms. You respond to the N1SDT using the MCOL website to do the AoS, nothing else. You certainly will not use the MCOL defence box.Sorry if I'm bing thickIt says don't post it. Do I add it to the N1SDT?0 -

I'm confused why you are engaging with the debt collection company?
That's a standard BW Legal letter. After 10 April they'll send you another one begging you for £15 a month and giving you another "deadline", probably with a big form inviting you to list your household expenditure in an attempt to dupe you into thinking it's a court form.0 -
Guys
I'm getting conflicting answers from people here.
One says send them the template letter
Another says don't engage with them at all.Another saysI've been to
"N1SDT using the MCOL website to do the AoS"
Can you decode MCOL and AoShttps://www.gov.uk/government/publications/money-claim-online-user-guide - Where is this relevant to me yet?I can't find AoS in the search.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?domain=all_content&query=AoS&scope=site&source=community
Please may I have non-conflicting instructions on what I have to do next?
