We’ve had Sticky Sesame Cauliflower with rice. A new dish for me. Turned out well and we will use it again. No photo sorry, didn’t think until after we’d demolished the dish.1

I made tonight's dinner last night - we are going to have balti style moong dhal, mango and coconut new potatoes, a variety of different chutneys, mint raita and 'riced' carrot and apple salad.
I made the carrot and apple salad from the remaining garden carrots harvested yesterday and I also made a beetroot and apple salad from harvested beetroots - had to 'rice' them as some we're tiny/weirdly shaped so grating would have been difficult!! 😳😂
I need to update my list at on the first page but will do that tonight - I'm pleased with how I'm doing so far though 😁DNF: £708.92/£1000

Tonight's dinner - I forgot to cook the sprouting broccoli and needed something green so had to dump a bit of rocket on it! 😂

I used up the cashew and cranberry nut roast with the freezer broccoli and the remains of a cabbage - served them with horseradish mash 😋
I haven't updated the lists due to injury but I'm hoping to get those done tomorrow - I have added to them a bit as well as reducing them (tesco we're selling off the twin packs of fajita kits a couple of weeks ago so I bought a few - It's something we use and I wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to make such a great saving!)
I think that I will add a 'brought in' section to the lists (not the fruit & veg) to make sure that my lists are accurate and help me keep track - it will also give me an idea of how long things are in the storecupboard before I use them! 😉DNF: £708.92/£1000

Had a smoothie for breakfast yesterday- watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, barberries, mixed seeds (hemp, sunflower and pumpkin), flaxseed and amla powder.
Last night's dinner was dark speckled lentils and mixed grains (oats, barley, rye) with a rocket, black grape, pomegranate and watermelon salad
