Dinner munched - feeling enormous now!! 🤦♀️😂
Falafel, hommous, olives stuffed with lemon, roasted peppers, patas bravas, salad leaves (from the garden), strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate, watermelon, broccoli sprouts, black grape, carrot and apple 'rice' and balsamic - absolutely lush but it may mean that I have to roll up the stairs tonight!! 🙄😂

Dinner tonight was mixed beans (pinto, kidney, black beans, black-eyed peas) in a tomato, courgette, basil, thyme and oregano sauce; butternut squash and aduki bean sautè; salad of mixed leaves, black grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, watermelon and pomegranate with balsamic; new potatoes and some sweet chilli hommous 😋😁

Dinner tonight was my four grain mix (barley groats, oat groats, rye berries and short grain brown rice) with barberries, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds; cannellini beans; steamed beetroot; spaghetti squash all drizzled with a horseradish cashew cream sauce and a salad of broccoli sprouts, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, black grapes, pomegranate and balsamic. 😋😁

Last night we had a 'chinese' style meal - bao buns (shop bought), black bean garlic veg stir fry, grated tofu with hoisin sauce and a cucumber and spring onion salad (photo was taken before I put the salad on 🤦♀️)

Went out for lunch with my grandbaby yesterday (which was very nice!) so not very hungry by dinner time.... had dark speckled lentils, a grain mix (quinoa, buckwheat and millet) with a salad of rocket, pomegranate, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, black grapes and fig and date balsamic. Had some cannellini bean 'hommous' on the side.

Yesterday I had smoothie for breakfast (accidentally made enormous amounts so I drank the 2 pints of it over an hour or so!! 🙄🤦♀️😂) then made 'lunch' at around 4pm - which was also enormous so ended up staggering the eating of that too!
Anyway, I had scarlett runner beans with dijon cashew cream; a quinoa, buckwheat and millet mix; rocket, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and black grapes drizzled with fig and date balsamic; papaya; beetroot and apple 'rice' and sprinkled with barberries and sunflower seeds 😋

Last night was my grandbaby's weekly sleepover so we had mushroom and walnut mince bolognese with wholewheat pasta. He had carrots, peas and green beans with his; I had rocket, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, black grapes, papaya, beetroot and apple 'rice', fig and date balsamic and hommous. 😋
