Hi all,
I thought I had sterted a thread on this in January?
We thought this has gone away after we had appealed to POPLA, but today he has received this answer from UKPC. What should I be advising him to do next?
Thanks for all your help...

What should I be advising him to do next?Ignore it until/unless he receives a Letter Of/Before Claim from the PPC's solicitors, or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

One agrees but normally the car parking companys never get this far they normally run their course and fade off to old man time. But my son received the email and was aking me what to do next and I advised to wait it out with out contacted them of course. He is worried as he is on his first year of his mortgage and did not want deal with debt collectors etc. Of course I have listened to you all and appreciate your enormous amount of help.
Me brother bottled it and paid the fine but my son in law waited out and so far no fines. So will do the same.
Cheers Kg
