@Coupon-mad - hmmm, presuming they actually provide any?

My argument is more to do with having my visitors permit displayed in the window, the ANPR cameras picking up VRM only. Had it of been a manual patroller they would of seen my permit and realised I was an authorised visitor.

I have recently found out whilst gathering evidence that there is some kind of system in place whereby you can ask a member of staff to exempt the vehicle (no staff present when I was here). This is apparently done by staff manually inputting VRM, I felt this would add strength to the case?

I could always try and recall the email .....  :#

I would recall the email.  The last thing you want is a SAR with all the photos & details of a claim that might well be struck out without a hearing due to no details being pleaded.

Doing a SAR used to be in the NEWBIES thread advice but we pulled it last year.  There's a reason for that. ONLY do what the NEWBIES thread second posts says.

I just checked, I don't think it's possible to recall this as it was sent from a @live.co.uk account  :(

The Portsmouth court will write to you.

I am not sure anyone can predict when a hearing might be, nor indeed when you might hear when the next thing happens.

Best guess is that you may get a letter from the court in Portsmouth within the next few months, requiring the WS bundles to be submitted within the next 12 months, the hearing date could be next winter or spring, subject to the deadline date set by Portsmouth court ( it definitely won't be quick. )

MCOL won't be updated at all so no need to check it any more, they have finished their tasks

When you come to write your witness statement (WS), do try to avoid grammatical errors such as those above.   The apart about no staff being present to manually input a VRM should go in your WS.

@Gr1pr thanks for advice, appreciate it. 😊

I received this letter today, however, I am confused as there were no accompanying documents enclosed?

Any suggestions as to how I proceed please?

Log into MCOL (for the last time, because you aren't dealing with that admin centre now) and see if the CNBC reckon they sent you a N180 in July!

@Coupon-mad I sent my completed N180 questionnaire on the 19/06

It was sent via email to: dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk and legal3@ce-service.co.uk
