Does anyone have an e-mail address for Asda Customer Service please?

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has an e-mail address for Asda customer services please?
I have a complaint, following the refusal of a refund, and really don't see why I should have to call them - I'd like to put in writing and send photo's (which their refund system didn't allow me to do).
I found an e-mail and messaged them, but they replied that that was only for mobile phone customers.
This is a complaint about an online grocery delivered item.
Any pointers much appreciated :)
Thanks

If you call them, then they may provide a email address if they require further details.

Or you could pop into a store on the issue.

I'd probably print the letter and post it, possibly using recorded delivery just as proof it got as far as their address, and send it to:

    Customer Service
    Asda House
    South Bank
    Great Wilson Street
    Leeds

They're contactable on X/Twitter if you don't want to phone or write:

Twitter would be very public too & they don't like that.

Not really. I work for a huge UK company and we don’t care if a customer posts on Twitter. It’s become a normal way for customers to make contact now and we have a dedicated Social Media team that deal with anything that comes through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn  Trust Pilot etc.

The only time anyone will jump up and down is if it’s a celebrity or someone with a huge amount of followers. Aside from that, it’s as normal as email.

For the avoidance of doubt, I was meaning direct messaging within X/Twitter, rather than encouraging any attempt at public shaming!

So the steps are to become an online influencer then post!  ;)
  • It doesn't look like Asda want anyone  to email them! The only addresses I've found are for the online doctor or mobile.

Many large companies choose not to accept email contact, which is their prerogative, i.e. there's nothing that mandates this channel being offered to customers....

Thank you for all your helpful replies.
It kinda annoys me that big companies like these make it so awkward to take up minor issues that people don't...because there are 50 thousand other things to do aren't there ....I didn't, because I forgot about it....but now read this in logging back in so think I will follow Cymruchris's suggestion and just write to them.
They didn't commit a cardinal sin, but they annoyed me - home delivery shopping as I live in a rural area (and have a staff pup)....bottle of vodka for my son and laws birthday next day...came with the security tag on (those big ones), so basically had to get in the car and go to town and buy another, which defeated the object....contacted them on their app straightaway, and took photos of it and the bar code so they knew I hadn't nicked it - no refund and no way of appealing it. Asda is a good hours drive from me, in a city I rarely visit...as I say, a peeve...
