Are this company trustworthy - to repair a relatives fridge freezer ?

I haven't heard of them and can't find any reviews anywhere or anyone mentioning them.

Honestly, I wouldn't use them myself as I like companies with reviews and I can't find anything at all about them. But that is just me.

“We connect you to high-quality, certified technicians to fix your appliance.”
    And “
We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers expert in repairing your malfunctioning appliance to like-new condition.”

That  reads to me that they are a third-party company who then subcontract  your repair to someone local to you. Which would itself automatically had an extra layer of cost on.
Plus, their website has no address, only a mobile number, and no written terms and conditions. That would be enough for me to not touch them with a bargepole.

I would probably go onto a local Facebook page and ask for direct recommendations there.

When I recently wanted a freezer repaired I found that most companies I found online were using the same methodology. They have web pages that suggest they are a local company but in fact are national companies that just pass the work on to a local repairer. I couldn't find any individuals willing to to the job so ended up with one of theses agencies, luckily the chap managed to fix it eventually using parts I bought on the internet. I suppose it all depends on which local chap they send.

As others suggest contact some locals with recommendations and get some quotes on call out and what things in general might cost.  Check what that is against buying new.  Sadly it's often no worth it.

If you want to go with something that's potentially national you might try Domestic and General.  Not sure about fridge freezers but they had a scheme when our oven went wrong that essentially was to pay a monthly amount and they'd fix anything to do with that appliance - so a nice guarantee.  The amount to be paid for a full year was about the same as a call out charge so was a good deal.  Of course the second year the price sky rocketed and that's how they get people is the inertia where people don't check on these "subscriptions" rolling over.
