Our rental  flat sold STC to the first person who viewed it.  Sold with YOPA.

Having said that, it probably would have sold with anyone, it's on a popular estate for first-time-buyers, is only ten years old, needs nothing doing to it and the asking price was was slightly under the valuation.

We only went with YOPA to get it on Rightmove and because they were cheaper than the traditional agents.  Our Rep however, was very professional and easily contactable by ourselves and the buyer.

2 EAs, 8-12 weeks each? One price drop? Sounds like whilst the second EA may be negative, the price expectation is possibly more of an issue.

We have dropped the price several times (significantly) and it really is good value now. Even with costs of modernisation it represents good value.

Not good enough value it seems. At the right price, any property will sell.
That`s right, it is buyers (and their lender) who have to decide what "good value" is.

Buyers, to a lesser extent their lender, and the vendor.  Just like it always has been and always will be.
