Feed back for anyone wanting answers from Talk Talk.

I did Talk Talk community messaging as suggested by Ayr_rage above and it worked very quickly and I got the answer I was hoping for in a much more timely manner than talk talk customer services chat.

The chat person, Chris, said that my existing router should work perfectly fine without setting up the Eero one when it comes. I would love feedback from anyone who has one of these as to how good and how reliable their connection is. I will try the set up on the original router and hopefully it will be a smooth transition. Will update this thread in due course.
