Do you have any advice for what to include in the costs section?

As I have a car and the court is relatively near, my expenses would not be significant unless I should argue that I could have booked a shift in work for that day. (I currently work on a zero-hours contract)

Do I put it as ''per hour'' in the paragraph with the car expenses too just as one short sentence or two?

Those are fixed ordinary costs. More likely to be allowed.

£19 per hour are extra costs that only get considered where the other party acted 'wholly unreasonably'.  Unlikely to be granted.

You send your witness statement, evidence and summary costs assessment by e-mail to the court that is hearing your case.
