As you pointed out last February, @Coupon-mad , their solicitor's letter came this morning. Oak Legal Services represented OPS pointing out the amount of £170 I'm supposed to owe. Along with it is the REPLY FORM and I don't know what to do… Should I complete it?
May I please have some advice?

I browsed through the forum and as you stated on
13 August at 1:41PM"Yep you will never have to pay and it isn't a fine."
and after reading the other cases, I will ignore the letter from Oak Legal now.
