Why have you shown us that ZZPS letter?
Is there something particular you want to point out?
Have you read the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread yet?2 -
Please, we really don’t need to see those useless letters.1

If unloading (e.g. a student's stuff for Uni) you can park on street as long as you are going to and fro. Then turn the car round & re-park, so the wheels are in a different place.
Loading/unloading is what Double yellow lines are there for. Honestly! Brighton is no different. Just don't encroach onto private land. DYL on private land are used as a scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My apologies! The useless letter is now removed.
Thank you, @Coupon-mad, we'll bear that in mind when the time comes.2 -
Yesterday, I received a letter (dated 17/Oct/2024) from the Legal Services for One Parking Solution, with demand for payment up to £289+ if I don't pay £170 within a certain amount of time.
Should I ignore this letter, too?
Any advice/suggestion would be much appreciated.
P.S. My son did start his very first term in Brighton last month, and thankfully, there was plenty of free parking in his hall's car park, so there was no parking problem.0 -
Is it a LBC from a solicitor? Which firm?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Having read other posts re Moorside Legal, especially by @101Labradoodles and I found that their first letter from Moorside Legal, dated 9/Oct/2024, is the same as the one from Moorside to me, but I'm not sure if their second letter to me is not an LBC, which I read on this forum that 'an LBC gives 30 days to reply and includes financial forms'.
Should I continue to ignore this second letter from Moorside Legal, too, because it's not an LBC? I can't seem to find an example of LBC from other posts, so I'm not sure exactly what it is.
Many thanks in advance.

That is not a letter of claim, so treating it as a debt collector letter
There are numerous examples on here of a LoC letter1
