You could receive a default CCJ I would think,  possibly the defence could be struck out  ?

In any case,  in the time it took to ask your question you could have downloaded the N180, filled it in and emailed it to the DQ email address as listed in the 12 steps you didn't keep track of in the defence template thread in announcements , thats what I would do, ASAP

    Cc DCB Legal too

The CNBC usually (well most times) send a warning General Form of Judgment or Order giving the defendant another week to submit the DQ.

    Morning All,

I recently travelled way from home for a while and forgot to keep track of how this claim was going. The Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter that I received states that:

"If you do not comply with this notice the court will make such order as appears to be appropriate. This could include striking out the claim or entering judgement...

You must by 6 February 2025 complete the SCDQ (Form N180) and file it with the court office..."

Basically, it's ow the 15th and I haven't sent it yet.
Just email it NOW.  Right now.

  • Anyone know the email address for UK Parking Control Limited that I am to sent the form to? All I can find is the complaints email and the sales email online.

You don't send anything to ukpc, because they are using a legal company,  DCB Legal

If it is known by UKPC, I have UK Parking Control UKPC, DPO@ukparkingcontrol.com for the DPO but sometimes putting "info" works so info@ukparkingcontrol.com

Thanks, I mistook the Parking company for the people handling this for them. Will send it to DCB instead.
