As above
You can see an example of a typical Letter of Claim in the thread below

You posted a picture of the N1SDT claim form that comes in a pack from the CNBC in Northampton, the stage AFTER the LoC stage
So you now have a live court claim with deadlines, the game has already kicked off, the warm ups are over
Follow the advice by KeithP and coupon mad, regarding defending a live court claim
Also, please change the thread title to something useful, such as
UKPC DCB Legal Court claim1 -
Quick question: I filed my defence and sent it to the CNBC email on the 6th December, and got the confirmation of receiving it from them. Since then, they have not responded again, and I just missed a call from DCBLegal right now while at work.
For what reason would DCBLegal be calling my phone? Could they be trying to convince me to discuss the case with them or compel me to pay?
I just checked the MCOL website and it states that my defence was filed today, so it must be related to that. I wonder why they are calling me though and don't want to answer until I have an idea.0 -
Don't talk to DCB Legal. Yep they phone to try to get people to make payment. Ignore!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've received this email today. Guessing it's time to prepare for a day in court! lol
Good afternoon

Item 7 on that checklist you were once following says...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.3 -
Wondering why you think this was going to court? No worries. The 12 steps are there to stop you worrying or needing to post about the standard letters.

Morning All,I recently travelled way from home for a while and forgot to keep track of how this claim was going. The Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter that I received states that:"If you do not comply with this notice the court will make such order as appears to be appropriate. This could include striking out the claim or entering judgement...
You must by 6 February 2025 complete the SCDQ (Form N180) and file it with the court office..."
Basically, it's ow the 15th and I haven't sent it yet. What are the likely consequences of this mistake of mine? Thanks0
