The earliest you could have requested the repayment is the 9th and if that was the case, like most of us, it should say “bank repayment pending” by now. If you did this on the 10th, it could change tomorrow. I’ve noticed a trend of between 7-10 working days from when payment was requested for the update to read “bank repayment”. This year that could be any time from  tomorrow until Tuesday next week. I’m not seeing a need to panic.

Oh thanks for this reply/so u have just looked again and when I actually go in to the repayment section it does show “bank repayment pending “ but in the (view payment history ) section it only says “repayment pending “ a. Little confusing 

That's normal. And yes it is confusing

The website has been the same for as long as i can remember now. Literally hasn't changed one bit for 15 years i'd say.

So should I take that as my payment is at the stage of “bank repayment pending “?

I made a request for repayment on Tuesday last week and it says ‘repayment pending’ hopefully something changes tomorrow?

Same with mine, I don't think it matters, repayment pending when I click on the bank repayment pending, the lady I spoke to said it was issued on the 9th

If it was issued then it would change to just 'bank repayment'

nobodys has been issued yet as far as i know.

the call centre reps know nothing. Its not even worth calling then unless its been past 10 working days

It will say issued and the date when it changes , the mondo people will be the first ones to know

I think ten working days will be as of Tuesday next week.  so if it’s not in by Wednesday/Thursday next week it could be up for security checks.

Clicked repayment the 10th. Monzo user so I normally get a notification once issued.

Did mine 6th. Been on  not yet used since...belled them apparently I had a budget plan in place few year back..so they closed that put me through to another department. And they've  put it through so hopefully will be issued soon

The last April 6th fell on a Saturday was 2019.
Easter Friday was the 19th that year.
mine got issued on Thursday the 18th.
