Yeah I’d never notice that before. Mine says “bank repayment pending” now. I’m sure it just said “repayment pending” yesterday.bradztheman said:Yesterday mine changed from Repayment pending to 'bank' repayment pending.

Do you have evidence for this statement?Tax_Accountant said:
Repayments will not be released by HMRC if its more than £1,000, HMRC have investigated refund mills last year and have sent bills to over 200,000 people who have claimed tax wrongly. If you need your refund early, best way is to get in touch with HMRC either through their phone line or through their chat and request a refund confirmation form for security check. You can also send message to HMRC through their community forum. let me know how it goes.ThatChippie said:Same this morning. Repayment pending.
last couple of years the bank holiday has got in the way and been around the 20th.
im hoping next Friday or better this time.
if what you are saying is true, everyone in the uk who is taxed at source via CIS will be investigated / delayed (cis contributions all but guarantee a rebate of at least £1-2k)
there are at least 1.2m self employed construction workers in the uk, so that is a hell of a fact if true.0 -
Pending still, hopeful it should update and change tomorrow morning!0

Im hoping it will change tomorrow morning to 'bank repayment'
seems strange that it hasnt already, as last years was issued on 15th April and that was even with all the bank holidays within those 9 days..0 -
