I just can't get accepted for online declaration of building society interest.  I think I need form SA101 to make paper declaration if that is the correct form anyone know how I can get that form I can't see any download anywhere on the website.  Might be a bit late to declare my £41 interest received.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘can’t get accepted’.

Building Society interest certainly should not be entered on a SA101.

Have you already submitted a return? If so, you have until 31January 2026 to amend it!
I have tried to sign in to online reporting but every time I fill in my details it is all rejected so I need to make my return on a paper statement that I thought was form SA101 if that's wrong do you know the correct one I need. The answer to you question is no I have not been able to make a return and I now it is too late.
You might get more help if you explained why you think you need to declare the £41 🤔.

There could be a valid reason but on its own it isn't a reason to need to file a tax return.
I thought I had to report all income including building society interest

Do you submit a self-assessment tax return?

Mine is currently in security checks and have to wait until mid June until i can make a call, so i will make sure i give an update on here if it ever gets issued. Good luck everyone.
When did you get told this?

I got told I should have mine by May 20th
Is yours going through security checks.
Apparently so but not ‘strong’ security checks. Godknows what they check
just That’s what I got told

From what i have read it is just an identity check plus a CIS check. Steps further include a surf1 and surf2.

So in theory if we are not issued by the 18th of May ( give or take a week) then we should expect a surf letter for more checks.
