I've deleted all those examples now as they are too old and people kept copying irrelevant chunks of detail that were specific ONLY to those posters. Especially people who used CitizenK's WS.

Just read some threads that are at WS stage this Summer. You don't even have to search. Just scroll back looking at thread titles.  Go back at least a dozen pages. Loads of threads about WS stage.

I recall one from today/yesterday by a username starting with 'Defendant'.  But I'm not going looking for it because that defeats the object of you reading threads for yourself and finding useful posts.

Hey guys, It's been a while since I posted an update. So here it is:

1. I still havent completed my WS due to being heavily tied down with work and business.
2. I recently received a letter regarding the court proceedings. Attached below.
3. I received several calls from DCBL but I missed the call and heard the voicemail but never rang back.

Is there anything you can see in the letter that requires immediate attention or should I just finish my WS and follow the steps as outlined before?

Why is this headed up as a 'Trial' at a Magistrates' court?

Now I know 'trial' and 'hearing' are pretty much the same but @Johnersh and @bargepole and @ChirpyChicken do you think this looks right for Bexley Magistrates' court?

Yes this isn't abnormal simply Bromley County Court sitting @ Bexley Mags, using available sitting space., The DJ may be hearing an actual criminal trial afterwards as well.
