    Hey guys,

So DCBLegal have gotten back to me just coming up to two weeks ago. I got the letter on the 20/05/2024.

Been caught up with work and an ill family member hence late reply.

    I've attached images.

They've sent their directions questionnaire but not sure what to do with it or do next.

I'll check the newbie thread again for next steps.

But any advice on what to do next?

I won't open any of those links as it immediately asks consent to use my personal data!  For advice when receiving anything new always refer to NEWBIE sticky or, after defence is filed and served, the 12 steps guide in the defence template.

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

    Hey there,

So sent back my completed DQs but just wanted to double check that this was the correct email for the CNBC.

    ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk?

I found it on the forum on a thread I came across.

No it's not correct , changed at the end of February, before you started this thread

You should be using the information in the defence template thread, especially those 12 steps mentioned earlier

Always refer to that thread and the newbies sticky thread in announcements too

    Look again

Once again I refer you to that checklist you appear to have abandoned.

Item 9 on that checklist suggests a different CNBC email address.
Don't forget to send a copy to the Claimant.

Did you receive an auto-response? If so, did you actually read what the auto-response said?

Thanks for the feedback. I can't find the 12 steps only the main newbie thread.

It will be fine but send it to the right email address. Gr1pr told you which thread.

No link needed because you know the thread and you read those 12 steps already. Go back there and re-read the steps.
