Hi guys
Hope someone can help me. I took out a Vodafone contract though CPW on the 18th of march i transferred my number when registering on the Voda website,
Anyway my signal was terrible really thought it had got better where i live but no,
So i rang Vodafone to cancel the contract with in the calling off period the person i spoke to said they couldn't cancel it because i got it though CPW so she put me though to Carphone the lady said it would take about 5 days to go though nothing.
I rang Carphone yesterday and was told they are waiting for Vodafone to do there part but i couldn't understand her much also yesterday Vodaphone took a payment out of my bank.
It just sounds like they are not cancelling the contract is there anything i can do to get it sorted?

The thing is i done the 85075 Info text and it came back i would have to give them £111 to get out of the contract....Not happy at all.
Any help would be much apricated.

CPW says you have a cooling off period if you bought online but not in-store.
If the Vodafone signal is worse than the vodafone coverage checker said it should be, is it because of a temporary issue?  Surely noone would take out a vofafone contract if you've only experienced terrible signal and vodafone haven't said it has got better.

Carphonewarehouse Taken out online and none of the custom service that i have spoken to have said i couldn't cancel it
its just seems like its taking forever and may be they are just saying they have cancelled it.
Also i have had no confirmation like Text message, email, letter.
I did say the signal was bad to them but they said ok, The signal does jump about a bit but the most i have had is about 3/4mbps, most of the time its 0 point something
I have a dual sim phone and my smarty get on average 150mbps.
