If you return them and they are not refunded then you could do a chargeback, doesn't need to be for any particular reason. Think you meant S75 rather than 25 which only applies to credit not debit and goods over £100.
Still absolutely nothing heard from Pegia - doesn't look very promising !
You seem a bit impatient! How many working days have you given them so far?
Apparently they were due for delivery on Monday 8th April.
They were due to be delivered on Monday 8th but actually arrived two days early, on Saturday 6th.  OP's latest problem is that they haven't responded to his email within two working days.

Try - no reply within 4 days !!
Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

It's working days that count.  You contacted them late on Saturday and remarked that you hadn't heard from them by Tuesday lunchtime.  That's less than two working days. I think you need to temper your expectations of response times.

Now just remember that whilst you're waiting for your refund!

They're probably a small one man business, very possibly doing it around a full time job and so dont want to see a post tomorrow saying they still haven't refunded you yet ;)

How do I get the parcel collected from my home by Parcelforce ?
The label is 24 hour collect/deliver

How to return a parcel with Parcelforce Worldwide

If you need to return an item, why not choose our next day delivery services and you can track your parcel’s progress all the way. You can get your parcel collected from your home or office address, or you can make some great savingsOpens in new window by booking your parcel online and drop it off at a local Post Office® or Parcelforce Worldwide depot. Wherever you need to send, whether it’s a UK destination or abroad, we have a range of delivery services to meet your requirements.

But I can't find any way of actually getting the parcel collected ......

and click 'Quick quote'. You enter your postcode (for collection) and the delivery postcode. You are then offered a choice of services 24 hrs, 48hrs, etc.) to pick from.

There is also a chat option.

Doesn't work - because I  have a label already - so no option for pick up
Am taking to Post Office anyway

    Done it
I am now trying to order some slippers from http://topslippers.co.uk/  (I have ordered from them in the past and are happy with them) - however, despite prices being in £'s - when I try to place an order, I get "No carriers available for the address "My address".
I am registered with them at my home address - but when I look at the list of countries - UK is missing !!
    BREXIT ?
