You seem a bit impatient! How many working days have you given them so far?MouldyOldDough said:
Still absolutely nothing heard from Pegia - doesn't look very promising !DullGreyGuy said:If you return them and they are not refunded then you could do a chargeback, doesn't need to be for any particular reason. Think you meant S75 rather than 25 which only applies to credit not debit and goods over £100.
Try - no reply within 4 days !!1 -
It's working days that count. You contacted them late on Saturday and remarked that you hadn't heard from them by Tuesday lunchtime. That's less than two working days. I think you need to temper your expectations of response times.MouldyOldDough said:Aylesbury_Duck said:

Now just remember that whilst you're waiting for your refund!
They're probably a small one man business, very possibly doing it around a full time job and so dont want to see a post tomorrow saying they still haven't refunded you yet

and click 'Quick quote'. You enter your postcode (for collection) and the delivery postcode. You are then offered a choice of services 24 hrs, 48hrs, etc.) to pick from.
There is also a chat option.0 -
