Does anybody know where https://pegia.com/ is based ?
I am guessing Eastern European - but have no idea

Says is Pegai UK Ltd which is a year old company owned and operated by a guy in Turkey, the description of the products say they are made in Turkey
Not clear where the goods are sent from and the website is contradictory as it says in the T&Cs you are liable for customs charges if applicable but in the delivery section it says it free to the UK, EU and US inc customs charges. Certainly better than most the far east ones trying to appear as if western.
No reviews on TrustPilot or Google.
Everything claiming to be half price or less is a big red flag1 -

The Slippers do not even come close to fitting meThey are supposed to be a size 8 (41 according to them) but they appear to be closer to a size 5 or 6They need to be returned for a full refundWhat are my rights ?

I assume that I do have the rights to return them - even though the company are ignoring my request ?

No response from the company

6th was a Saturday, today is only Monday morning. Not every business has a 24/7 contact centre answering every question instantly. Some businesses are still mon-fri 9-5 and so Mondays will always be slow because there is a backlog of queries from over the weekend. Really have to give them a couple of business days before you declare it a problem.0

OKI paid using a debit card (£36) - assuming that they fail to reply - can I claim a refund under chargeback / section 25 ?Because the goods were not exactly faulty - just "not as described" ie) wrong size

If you return them and they are not refunded then you could do a chargeback, doesn't need to be for any particular reason. Think you meant S75 rather than 25 which only applies to credit not debit and goods over £100.1
