    If you return them and they are not refunded then you could do a chargeback, doesn't need to be for any particular reason. Think you meant S75 rather than 25 which only applies to credit not debit and goods over £100. 

    Still absolutely nothing heard from Pegia - doesn't look very promising !

    I assume that I do have the rights to return them - even though the company are ignoring my request ?
    How do I return an item?

    We currently offer free returns for up to 30 days in the UK. For returns, please log in to your account and create a return request from the order page. Shortly after we receive your return request, we will confirm your request and send you a shipping label. Please check the additional information on the product page before requesting a return.

    Have you done this?

    I would not be surprised if this is not a one man band drop shipping.
    So might take longer than a couple of days to get a answer to a email.

    Apparently they were due for delivery on Monday 8th April.

    They were due to be delivered on Monday 8th but actually arrived two days early, on Saturday 6th.  OP's latest problem is that they haven't responded to his email within two working days.
