Why are you still twittering on about this you have been told that the leaving site scam is an add on that PPC's try on to enhance their cash flow from low hanging fruit.
You have been told that debt collectors can't do diddly squat the clue is you don't have a debt only an alleged one from an out of the blue invoice you never knew about.
There are too many hurdles for them to jump to make this stick in court, and no one has dared since a judge threatened a PPC's solicitor with a night or two in a cell over such a bizarre invoice claim!

Look up the toothbrush case. It will all make sense.

I've had two messages left from the bailiffs on my answer machine.
    I continue to ignore.
Should I stick to this or contact a solicitor just incase?

You have not been contacted by bailiffs and do not need a solicitor to ignore debt crawlers. Get on with your life and ignore them.

Come back if you get a court claim form.

You will still not need a solicitor.  You will never need a solicitor to deal with this scam even if it goes to court.

I have just been sent a Claim Form from the  HM Courts & Tribunals Service, civil national business centre...14 days to respond.
Shed loads of boxes to fill in about my personal circumstances, income, bills etc.
Apparently there is a section I can aknowledge to contest the courts jurisdiction.
What is my next course of action?

No need to fill out the financial information.  The claim process is covered in the Newbies thread - 12 steps to defend a claim.  Start with Acknowledging the claim  which tells the court you received the form.

Unless you live outside of England and Wales you will not be contesting jurisdiction.

    Thanks K
I've filled out the Acknowledgment of Service on the gov page.
Is there a template to dispute their claim that I left the site/carpark despite using the carpark within the permitted time of 180mins. If not...any suggestions?
I guess I have to sellect "start defence" button to send this letter?

Your defence gets emailed do not complete it on MCOL. Email addresses are listed in Template Defence thread.

This is concerning but only because you are reading stuff on the standard claim form pages that isn't the right thing to do. Had you not yet read the second post of the NEWBIES thread last year to prepare for this despite all the advice on your four page thread about it? The Template Defence was right there all along and we'd have hoped you already knew not to fill out forms.

You aren't 'contesting jurisdiction' either. It's worrying for us that after being told about this last year, you are far less prepared than we'd like you to be by now. However, no harm done: start again and do your reading now. We are here to help.

It is very easy to defend.

    Play catch up now:

    - Show us the Particulars of claim (cover your VRM). DO NOT show the whole claim form.

    - Read the second post of the NEWBIES thread and use the Template Defence like dozens of people do every day (see my signature, if unsure how to navigate to the Announcement threads).

You can do this: dead simple stuff.  :)

Here are the redacted details. They claim I left the site and just provide two time stamped images 10secs apart.
My 2nd image is their Claim Form for £237.
I will look into the Newbie Templates as I will need to send something off to the CNBC people.
