Do they have a photo of the driver?Presumably they have a photo of someone leaving the car to shop and the same person leaving the site?How do they know that the occupants weren't the ones to leave the car and the driver went in to shop?Just curious with a visual of a whole car full of people were to stay in the car while one went in for a pack of mints.
