I am in a dispute over a mobile phone with O2 and Crown Communications. I returned the Phone to Crown Communication with in the 14 day cooling off period and also in formed o2. I have made numerphone calls and emails to both with out reply to my cancellation emails. neither o2 or Crown Communications seem unwiling to accept the 14day cooling of period,o2 keep sending me letters for payment although Ino longer have the phone. I returned the phone to Crown Communications by registered post and have a picture of them receiving it. Crown Communication is in partnership with o2. I have all my correspondance and phone calls to them both. This has been going on since the 4th December 2023. I would appreciates some help to resolve this dispute.0
