It's really easy. It's only DCBL ... DCBL by name, chicken out by natureYellowSunflower2009 said:Thank you all my apologies date of issue is 22nd. Still unsure what I am doing even after reading the thread though.
Then there are the rubbish signs from UKPC
Read up on why DCBL chicken out. Currently we have 330 DCBL discontinuations which are mostly UKPC
There is a link to each claim so you can see how it's done.
A lot of reading but well worth it

The AOS is in pictures, page by page.YellowSunflower2009 said:Thank you all my apologies date of issue is 22nd. Still unsure what I am doing even after reading the thread though.
The defence is a Template. Posters only have to add one paragraph and send one email.
I don't think we could make it any easier. It's certainly far simpler than appealing a PCN.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you I just following the AOS steps and submitted it then.

Follow the advice in the Newbies/FAQ thread and the Template Defence thread and expect to see your username in lights in this thread further down the line:

So I have sat and read for about two hours forum after forum of these fines and everyone seems to have full reasons about why they were there etc. My ticket is for overstaying the time limit by 15 whilst being in McDonalds. I cannot find any defence to copy/edit from and now I am starting to worry about even starting this
The only one I found which I thought I may be able to use is from @DarthOpposer about the amount in the POC is different from the amount in the 'amount claimed' section.Really stuck any advice greatly appreciated I have read the newbies thread over and over. Thank you0 -
But you are just meant to be using the template defence. Top of the forum; no link needed.
Takes about half an hour to add your facts. You are overthinking it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
