The prior strike off actions seem to relate to late filing of accounts and returns. Companies House takes this step when a company appears like it may no longer be trading. If it happened once or twice you might write it off as an administrative error but here it has happened 5 times since 2021!
So does this basically just mean they’re 💩 at admin and don’t do it unless forced to ?
This is the sort of thing that happens when companies are close to going bust.
