I wonder if they've been sold as the info on website refers to Charlesbentley.com. The products are still available by the looks of it but it might be that shareholders lost their investment in the restructure.

How exactly did you invest in them. Was it when they were crowdfunding the products?

Their CrowdCube (or ClownCube, in my experience) link goes to this company now: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06637395/filing-historySuspect investors are totally lost, but given it seems like it was an EIS raise from what I can find, CC really should be keeping them informed so they can claim loss relief.

It seems they signed a distribution agreement with Charles Bentley rather than being bought out by them. The company (UK Building Products Ltd) is still trading after seeing off an attempt to strike off the company but has negative assets so no money for shareholders at the moment.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

The prior strike off actions seem to relate to late filing of accounts and returns. Companies House takes this step when a company appears like it may no longer be trading. If it happened once or twice you might write it off as an administrative error but here it has happened 5 times since 2021!1
