Gripit fixings investment

I invested in this company years ago. I realised quite a while back it was a bad decision but you learn from your mistakes    Until the last 18 months or so  they provided updates to investors on what was happening within the company but they’ve now stopped.  I’ve sent numerous emails to both Nick Beare and Nora Mariano who are the managers asking for updates including ones saying it’s an official complaint and they’re all ignored.   Is anyone else invested in this company ?

What does companies house say about it? Has it been wound up? What type of investment is it?

Not very easy to find info on them, CH doesn't show anything of that name but it looks like the company was called something different

I wonder if they've been sold as the info on website refers to Charlesbentley.com. The products are still available by the looks of it but it might be that shareholders lost their investment in the restructure.

    Company info here

Funny feeling they went under. While they do seem to be trading (but no companies house registration) Given the date on the below from on the the people Op was trying to contact.

Seems they maybe owned by https://charlesbentley.com/ Given that is the only email contact on Gripit website.

    This is amusing

So what does this mean for investors ?  We’ve not been told anything about Charles Bentley

From what investors were being told previously things weren’t good financially and they were looking at trying to sell the company in a few years so investors may get some of their money back

It was initially a crowdcube investment and then another small investment directly with the company when they were doing well years ago.   I’ve seen some of the bits on companies house posted by others but we were previously getting fairly regular updates by Nick Beare and nothing for around 18 months now

Last update investors received was October 2022. There’s never been any mention of Charles Bentley and restructure and shareholders loosing investments.  Surely we would’ve been told ?  In the last update was still talking about new distribution etc and sale of company minimum 2 years away
