Just wondering if this thread should be deleted. Both the fitter and the customers are identifiable by themselves and perhaps others, which my come back to bite them , especially the  fitter given what the OP has posted

No more identifiable than many of the threads on here. The 'fitter' would not care if he saw this thread and for that matter why why should the customer care. They are only known to themselves, its not as if addresses or names are shown.

As I said it was just my opinion, but you have posted a lot about his circumstances and benefits etc, which may not help his cause further down the line.

the tiler, electrician etc would know who you are talking about
