Just wondering if this thread should be deleted. Both the fitter and the customers are identifiable by themselves and perhaps others, which my come back to bite them , especially the fitter given what the OP has posted

No more identifiable than many of the threads on here. The 'fitter' would not care if he saw this thread and for that matter why why should the customer care.
