Zzps pests! Please help

Hello all! First post and not very savvy with all this, also struggling to navigate the site atm. Currently being hounded by zzps and qdr regarding unpaid parking fine from oct 2023. Basically i parked in a disabled bay with someone who is a blue badge holder, long story short the badges fell of the dash and onto seat.…

Easy, a soft trace, especially if you got a mobile phone contract, it would be the same for your address etc, we all leave a digital trail in this modern world

But until you receive a proper LoC giving 30 days notice, in writing, it's no contact whatsoever, no emailing them , especially no texts or phone calls, nothing at all. The fact that you have heard nothing is irrelevant, they play the LONG GGGGGGGG game
