We are all basically saying the above but you do need to read signs and never assume a BB holder has special status not to pay a fee if there is one.
The BB scheme isn't based on income so they should always expect to pay and display if applicable. Why not just use the double yellow lines (DYL) on street, though? They are there for BB holders, totally free for 3 hours with a clock displayed. One of several DYL exemptions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right, sorry crossed purposes, thought it was a pay and display or ANPR car park.If it was a residential car park the BB holder has every right to park in a disabled bay, the (laughingly called) parking management company should accept your appeal, the waste of space so called debt collectors (you have no debt) can also take a run and jump.In any case these are just speculative invoices by get rich quick Muppets that are just chancers, that's why you shouldn't pay them.4

There's nothing to win. Nothing will happen. As I said:

Hello again all, have now received my second email from QDR, basically similar letter giving me another 14 days bla bla bla. Is this normal to be getting emails instead of letters? Im just wondering how long this drags on for? When will i get a LBC?0

Could be any time from tomorrow until six years after the parking event.Johnwaine said:Hello again all, have now received my second email from QDR, basically similar letter giving me another 14 days bla bla bla. How long is your piece of string?
Remember to keep them advised of your current address should you move during that time.
We really don't need to hear about these debt collectors letters. Post again when you get a real Letter of Claim.4 -
ZZPS have no clout. They are another ten-a-penny non-FCA regulated "debt" firm. These add-on "admin" Fees are made up and are not, nor were never bound by law!
ZZPS owner Gary Osner made up these fictitious fees as a way of squeezing money (he nor anyone else was entitled to) out of naive and vulnerable people just so he can make more money. He was openly and arrogantly boasting about it in this interview. He brags about training his staff in manipulation techniques to use on peoples anxieties in order to help get their cash off them. He doesn't call it manipulation or coercion - but "Mind Control"! There is a cost of living crisis on !!!!!!! Don't give this Disgusting Worm any of your hard earned cash - he does not deserve it!

I could only find this interview on LinkedIN. I think he has gotten Parkmaven to take the interview off their website after we all started using the transcript in our court witness statements!
