My main use for Custard Powder is for making biscuits. This recipe for Whittingham Buttons was adapted from a NT recipe, and apart from being very somple, makes excellent biscuits.175g Butter75g Icing Sugar175g Plain Flour50g Custard PowderCream butter and icing sugar, add rest of ingredients and mix to form a firm dough.Place rolled spoonfuls of dough the size of a walnut onto a baking sheet, and flatten slightly using the tines of a fork.Bake for 15 or 16 minutes at 160C in a fan oven until golden.Cool and enjoy, whilst asking your friends to guess the "secret" ingredient.3

It's made in Devon!0 -
@DevonRiz123 it only comes in tins though, which is not what I’m looking for.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
