renault megane electrical problems..

Hi can anyone please help we have a renault megane 1.5 dci dynamique on a 54 plate.Today we noticed that we have no window washers front or back, no a/c or HRW and also radio keeps turning off?? when we turn engine off and open door normally radio shuts off etc but not any more!steam.gifCan anyone help or give any advice please,thanks if you can...

    Look in the manual and check which fuse supplies these items, then check that the fuses are not blown.

    I have a megane and I have had various small problems with the electrics

    i.e.back wiper on all the time

    then there was another ...cant think of it
  • is that because your forgetful??? lol Bloody cars are a pain in a**e tis my 40th birthday today as well boo hoo thats life.

    We had a Megane, it was a fantastic car, then the electrical problems started. The folding mirrors refused to fold, the sunroof refused to close, the autoclose stopped working, we sold it.
  • ooh dear just rang nearest renault garage they say it has to go in!!that will cost ££££'ss so just waiting to hear from renault forums any other ideas please are very welcome.

    Of course they will say that it has to go in! How do you expect them to fix it otherwise? Can you not even check the fuses for yourself.

  • there are some fuses under the bonnet that my OH cant get to! obviously so you cant mend it yourself, he is a lorry mechanic and so does have some idea.
