@KeithP thank you for your response. I have sent AOS via the website. I have attempted to draft the defence using the templates within NEWBIES thread and incorporated hharry100 version within, this has given me a total of 33 paragraphs and seems rather long, do you think this sounds correct ? Or have I miss interrupted the instructions ? I have also re numbered all paragraphs. I am assuming it is too lengthy to upload for your review? I would appreciate any advice - Once again thank you !

We don't need to review the template.  Yes - you use all of it.

Thanks @Coupon-mad. I combined the 2 templates was that ok? I used this as my defence : as there is no address for car park given by the claimant and no indication of what the breach was i.e. overstay, no ticket etc. Do you feel this is reasonable?
     5. The defendant is unable to recall ‘Old Life Boat House’ as a destination visited, there is no address given by the claimant of car park and as the alleged violation (which also isn't stated) was on 22/07/2022 it is very difficult for the defendant to understand the facts surrounding this as there are no particulars of claim. Also defendant received no previous correspondence in relation to alleged allegations.

    Thanks everyone for your help.

    Yes that's fine.

    You could add this:

Further, from research the D was forced to do online to try to narrow the issues, it is apparent that Civil Enforcement signs often labour under the fatal difficulty that they are not in fact offering any terms as a contract, only stating prohibitions, etc., as an agent of the landowner, to deter trespass. Many of this Claimant's 'enforcement' sites identify the principal (landowner) on some signage, which confirms this Claimant is an agent and it is trite law that they would have no standing to litigate in their own name. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all their allegations, including the alleged contract & breach, the location and their standing.

If that is the email address shown in the template defence thread,  you are, indeed, correct

@KeithP I have sent my defence to the email address stated CNBC@justice.gov.uk on the newbie thread and I have a bounce back message saying :Your message to CNBC@justice.gov.uk has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. Access denied.
Can you advise why this is ? and what I should do.
    Many thanks

I don't know, off the top of my head.

Which is why we keep it in the Template Defence thread.

The sticky threads protect our time, to stop us being asked the basics on thread after thread.  If we spent all day fielding queries about email addresses and the first few letters that always arrive, and other peripheral stuff, we'd never be here to really help!

We are here answering queries because the sticky threads cover the basics.
