Help needed with two claims froms

Whichever version you use, your exhibits should include transcripts of CEL v Chan, CPMS v Akande and Henderson v Henderson (assuming this is a Gladstones claim).

Thanks for explaining that. I will use my previous WS as a template since both claims are from PCM on the same land, just different tickets. I will also make sure to review some successful examples as you suggested.

Sure, I will include those transcripts as well. I had already added those to the previous WS for the other claim.
And the claim is PCM claim just like the previous one as well.

This is an abuse (see Henderson). Remind us what the judge said in the first hearing?

The judge did not make any comments on the day of the hearing because the defendant had to leave before it began, and the claimant was not present either. I simply handed the judge the witness statement and left.

As for the reasoning behind the judgment in the previous claim, it was not even attached.

Also, I used my old WS as a template, and in that old WS I had included points responding to the claimant’s WS for the previous claim. For example, I addressed issues such as hearsay evidence, offensive allegations, and certain assertions made by the claimant. Here are some examples of those sections:

My question is: Should I keep these points in my new WS for the second claim, even though the claimant has not yet submitted their WS (the deadline is this Thursday)? Or should I remove them? Alternatively, is it acceptable to include them and clarify that these were statements made by the claimant in their WS for the previous claim?

I would write a new WS. Base it on very recent examples from this Autumn.
