the call quality best described as unintelligible (distorted and stuttery).
Ring Spusu and change the APN settings and see if this improves call quality

Me too. I was "caught" by this and it wasn't available on my phones. I cancelled. To be fair there was no problem cancelling a day after activating the SIM, and they did refund my £1!
Only for certain Samsung and Apple devices. For any other makes of phone it isn't available. Digging deeper into their website reveals this.

Also caught out by 5G only being available on iPhones and Samsung! Otherwise, 4G speeds seem fine, customer service has been fine, too. The Sim card arrived quite quickly and the number porting happened on the requested day.

It’s a lot more than just certain Samsung and Apple devices.

  • It wasn't initially. They must have extended the support for other than Fruity and Samsung phones recently.

It’s included other makes for at least 4 months which is when I first checked that page.

Unfortunately the versions of the Motorola and Poco phones I have are not listed. They are both fairly recent models too.
    Poco X5 Pro 5g and Motorola G84 5G.
No harm in contacting them to enquire though.
  • My redmi note 13 Pro+ 5g is listed but now a month and still no wifi calling.
probably going back to 1p mobile
