Ulster can be slow. Expect at least a day before you get an email and/or text requesting the ID check.0

Not sure there's anything anyone on here can do to help as such - if you've applied for an account and haven't received any confirmation then all you can do is contact Ulster and ask them. How long ago did you apply?DevonRiz123 said:Hi i switch to ulster to get the £200 and i put in a ni branch and i dont get a text or email?

It was at least a day before I had any contact from Ulster Bank after completing the application, and that was a text message to do online verification with Mitek (formerly Hooyu) and then almost exactly 24 hours later, I received another text saying that my account has been opened.0

First correspondence I got from Ulster was a letter about a week after I applied. I wasn't given the option of electronic identification though, so you might get some emails about that sooner. Otherwise, you can get in touch with them over their live chat to ask for updates if you don't fancy waiting on the phone

The sent me a pre-completed application form that I had to sign and return alongside copies of certified ID. They provided a return envelope which was pre-printed the following freepost address for their current account application team:DevonRiz123 said:PRAISETHESUN said:First correspondence I got from Ulster was a letter about a week after I applied.
