Group Booking Flight Delay Compensation

I recently had a flight delay for which I am trying to go through the compensation process for. The booking was made as a group booking, which was booked and paid for by someone who is not actually named as a passenger on the booking. In terms of using the Resolver tool on MSE, is this best done by the person who made the booking or one of the passengers named on the booking? In addition should this be done individually or a claim made as a whole against the booking?

Any help is much appreciated

Any flight delay rights are held by the affected passengers, so one of them should claim - if seeking to do so on behalf of others then the airline may require evidence that they're authorised to do so.

Resolver is often a waste of time, so it's usually best to follow the airline's published claim process....
  • So is it better to do the claims as individuals or as a group through 1 claim?

One claim for the group is likely to be the most efficient way, but check whether the airline says anything about this in the relevant part of its site.
