HELP!I can't find any details on companies house for any of those EXACT NAMES so I don't see how anyone can help you further. The only other suggestion is that you post a photo/scan of your invoice/receipt (hide your name and address) in case that shows the registered company number or some other details of the legal entity that you purchased the home from.
I think there's a very good chance they are:
https://turnersparksgroup.com/
Turners Parks Group Limited
Manufactured by Tingdene Homes Ltd who are in liquidation.
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/01026405
https://www.platinumseal.co.uk/
Park Home Assist Insurance Services is Scheme Administrator of the Platinum Seal Warranty Scheme which is insured by Assist Insurance Company Ltd
(Especially as Tingdene Parks say they offer Platinum Seal warranties)0 -
So I'm guessing you...- Signed a contract to buy the home at Turners Parks
- To buy a Home manufactured by Tingdene Homes Ltd
- The home came with a 12 month Warranty from Tingdene Homes
- The come came with a 10 year Structural Warranty from Platinum Seal Warranties
- The home was faulty
- Tingdene Homes agreed to repair it under their 12 month warranty
- But Tingdene Homes went into liquidation
- Platinum Seal Warranties say the fault is not covered by their warranty
If that's all correct, there may be another angle to investigate...
Was your purchase contract with Turners Parks? Or was your purchase contract with Tingdene Homes?
If the contract was with Turners Parks, they haven't gone bust, so they might be liable for supplying faulty goods under consumer protection legislation.
