I wanted to ask when it is I should complete the DQ
When you receive it from the CNBC. Please read step 7 et seq in the Template Defence sticky.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is what the site said this afternoon, one of them at least, the other claim entry has not altered from last night. What can I expect and what next to do? That's just updated to say QDR confirmed to the CNBC that they served full POC in Feb.

    Old news. No action needed.
