I know, but for some reason when I found the Dropbox Link it had the random S on the end even though the name on the transcript is correct, and I have it saved in my favourites without the S on the end.

I need to somehow amend the name in the original link so when I post it, it will be correct.

As you didn't receive original pcn you may wish to support this.

So many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim discounted/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent as dated though they offer no evidence to prove this.

Thank you and yes, I will sign the petition with the greatest of pleasure - the way these companies operate is horrific and outrageous; the stress and anxiety notwithstanding the expense they cause to so many poor souls is frankly, unforgivable and IMHO malicious and deceitful.

A separate though related thread to my previous one with respect to Euro Car Parks PCNs at BP Connect - Gatwick Airport (South Terminal).

Following fabulous advice and guidance the Keeper submitted their Defence [via (correct) email] on 19th March and received the Automated Response 3 minutes later as the Keeper had been advised to look out for....so far so good however, this evening (21st) the Keeper received another email saying "Not read: Defence - Claim No ####..."

Naturally the Keepers are concerned and bewildered since, when checking MCOL this evening, they see that it has recorded their Defence as having been received but that it shows the 21st [two days after it was both sent and indeed two days after they received the Automated Response.

Does this mean they have 'blown it' - they knew they had until the 20th to comply [having been assured of that by the HMCTS operatives whom they spoke to and who checked on the 'date calculator'] but they are now fearful that their Defence will not be considered and judgement made accordingly? Can this be right? So far as they are concerned, as evidenced by their Automated Responses, their Defence was within HMCTS's 'firewall' laps before the date/time it needed to be or has a terrible mistake occurred on their part? The Keepers' Defence(s) related to two separate Claims, both for £440 each - two different Keepers but at same BP Connect site?

Hopefully the images below show the relevant details - I would be really grateful for others' views since they will have greater knowledge than I, clearly.
