Thanks for supporting the petition. It's no easy task trying to drum up signings. I posted it on another parking forum...it wasn't well received only 2 supported it out of the 685 views.
That’s awful…having benefited from all the advice and guidance offered on this platform why is it people don’t do more to help themselves? Very selfish, not only to themselves but others in the same predicament nevertheless, you can count on me.

I don't see anything wrong with that. You got an automatic email receipt at the time of sending, didn't you?

As you have started a new thread, it's difficult to understand what, if any, problem may exist.

Please keep all stuff about one parking incident to a single thread.

    Thank you @KeithP
Should I upload what I have here to the other thread do you think or do you know if I am able to link it? My, clearly erroneous, belief was that the forum administrators liked to separate out different issues and it was for that reason that I felt it was the correct thing to do to start a below thread - I did try to keep the title almost identical nonetheless.

What would you suggest is best?

Hit the Red Report button and ask an administrator to merge the threads. Add a link for each thread to be merged.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As it's showing on MCOL, the Defendant is perfectly safe.  Are there two claims?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes they are - each one had two associated PCNs but since they were different VRNs [different car] the registered keeper was also different. Two Defence Letters were sent with appropriate modifications notwithstanding tightly aligned to the recommended template - all thanks to you…I don’t suppose you would like me to send that to you [even though delighted to do so] but I daresay you know the wording backwards!

    Dear @Coupon-mad

Further to my previous enquiries concerning these two PCNs, now that I have acknowledgement from MCOL that my Defence has been satisfactorily received [by email] and logged [I have received confirmation of that by court letter], I wanted to ask when it is I should complete the DQ. I note that MCOL has not, as of this evening, indicated that the DQ has been submitted by them to me yet but I was wondering whether I should ‘warm the bell’ and be ahead of them and download the DQ electronically and start to complete it? I have attached a screenshot of the MCOL site as it appears this morning [Friday]? Your advice, as always, would be very gratefully appreciated.
