When you complained to Audi, did you have your VWFS agreement? I unfortunately cannot find one, and whilst I'd be willing to approach Audi or VWFS to ask, I suspect I'd be in a better position if I knew this information in advance. Any advice? Thanks, Kevin

Per previous posts on here it's nothing to do with DCA, if you were affected by DCA and the FCA decide that there should be some sort of compensation that would be separate

These offers are connected to either mis calculation of interest charges during a covid holiday, mismanagement of an account during other financial difficulty or another service failing. They are from either a proactive or regulator ordered review of accounts. Sometimes issuing a request or complaint can trigger a general review of the account. You are safe to accept the offer without affecting your commission claims, to be safe just ensure any acceptance form (or letter with the offer stating ‘by accepting this payment you X’) reads in a way that it does not affect future complaints or litigation about the account for other issues. I doubt that the larger lenders would try and pull this but I would not be surprised if a smaller, niche / sub prime lender did. They don’t always hold water, but some do and have. Enjoy your money!

I received the same letter today, but they appear to not be able to send to me as it was a lease agreement in my then Company name which is now dormant and i have not Company bank accounts open anymore .....
