I wouldnt really recommend an ultra for your phone, as I had a 2gb 'normal' one at first and then decided to get a 2gb ultra and found that it is actually slower in my phone.

2GB Sandisk @ Play.com: £10.79

Sandisk is a very good and reliable brand for memory cards and for some reason it is cheaper than Play.com's own brand.

In my personal experience, never buy memory cards from eBay because:

a) They are not much cheaper anyway,
b) Most sellers in China re-map the genetic structure of the memory cards to make it think it is larger in size, which results in loss of data at regular intervals e.g. a 2GB card can be re-mapped to make it think it is as much as 6GB. You can do it yourself at home with a special software that can write in binary and a card reader (I suggest don't!).

In Argos, (where my little Brother in-laws looked) they were twice the price for half the size.

Micro Direct have plenty of choice under £5., and they are on QuidCo too.

Not sure about postage - I live close by so usually collect when I order from them!
