Actually... if I was the OP I'd be mighty irritated too. I'd provide the info but I'd certainly be tempted to fire off a blistering letter of complaint (especially if, having checked, I'd not recieved the email allegedly sent in December). Whether I'd actually get to the point of sending said letter is debatable. I expect the writing of it would vent my spleen sufficiently (which may well be the case with the OP having vented on the forum
