    I dont see any red circle either,  which is why I said click on the red CREATE NEW button above Quick Links on the right hand side near the top of this forum

    As an aside, the zoom level of the page you are viewing will affect whether you see a rectanguloid Create New button (zoom out),



    or a red circle with a cross, (zoom in).
