Getting close to having enough to clear Egg in July when the 0% ends. Only £103 short at the moment, that's definitely achievable :j

Just added the rest of April's "extras" to the pot for the cards

    So we are here...

    Debts
    HSBC Card (16.9%) (£4.5k)- £233.76 PAID :j
    Egg Money (7.9%) (£1k) - £794.49 -£562.46 (in credit :D)
    MBNA (0% till Sep) (£4.5k) - £4,102.09 - paying £5
    Egg (0% till Jul) (£3k) - £953.62 - paying min (£25 approx)
    (Plus Savings for Debts...... £932.99)
    TOTAL = £5,255.34 £3,560.26
    DFD - 15/07/201115/11/2009 (20 months less :j)

Slight change of plan, just for simplicity sake. Going to stop topping up Egg Money and keep the savings bit for Egg (saves another swap through the current account) so we need £20.63 by July. Easy done, it's "owed" more than that.

Then in September, the credit from Egg Money plus the limit (£1k) will take the MBNA balance leaving about £1600 by my reckoning.
We'll have £550ish minimum, so that leaves £1050 to find, about £250 a month (MBNA is up mid Sep).
    I think that's do-able :)

Had some extra money in this month which was much needed. Have left a chunk of it in the main account as a float but might take it out come September if we need it (or if it isn't gone! :o)

Bad bad month on food, too ashamed to say how much by and £90 spent on tools due to a couple breaking down.
But gottta look on the positive side of things, we had the money put aside to pay for it, we get 6% from Quidco (hopefully) and 1% on the CC. If you've gotta buy, do it the MSE way right? :D

Breakthrough :D Two lovely balance transfer offers which mean we can move MBNA and have another four months breathing space :T

Am currently in the process of moving balances, it's gonna cost £80 in fees but considering the interest will be £90 a month from September and we won't be able to make the minimum payments for about eight months, it's very much worth it right?

Still gonna leave the rest of MBNA at 0% and keep the savings though :)

I'm such a donkey, been [STRIKE]panicking[/STRIKE] wondering if we can get enough money to pay off the £1,100 on MBNA.by September to avoid their 29.9% ( ) interest rate.

I can move it to the Egg Money card @ 7.9% in September and give ourselves a bit more time!

So my little spreadsheet makes that £1600 to find...about £230 a month extra if I aim for December. :T
And that would be all paid off :j How amazing would that be! December 2009 instead of the July 2011 we started with......!
